I dunno about languages/ethnic groups, given that there are a lot of them in India, but for states, there'...

Of what?

Bladder stone?
not quite. Remember that it's IECUR. Big hint: liver is just <ficatu>. tseanar was used for a nearby organ that's closely associated with the liver.

Re: Guess the Word in Romlangs

To be clear, it comes from iecur (iecinoris specifically), and it's not a kidney stone. It's some sort of bodily stone though.

Re: (EE) Q&A Thread - Quick questions go here

It's 2018, and we still don't have a social media site that allows one to customise one's own font family, font size, font colour or even background picture. I'd be more interested otherwise. When you work in the field of physical sciences, you tend to get the occasional crackpot spam from enthusia...

The article says millennials are drinking more wine than other generations, not that they drink more wine than beer. I'd also hesitate to apply this information years in the past to high schoolers. (The article says its statistics are for 2015.) I'd try to answer your central question, having been ...

Re: Guess the Word in Germanic Conlangs

It came down to a choice between this word and another one, but I figured that this one might be a little less obvious. I'll probably use the other word I was considering the next time it's my turn. Language: Modern Königsberg Northeast Germanic Word: wjytsfilps IPA: /ˈʋʲytsfilps/ (Post #9988!) Did...
