Re: Guess The Language!!!

Oh...sorry for that, I didn't read the rule before playing the game, I thought Google Translate is allowed, and I also didn't read opipik's comment above as well. Sorry I was too fast [:S] [:S] Well It's kind of a trivial rule really because nobody's going to post a language if it's so commonly kno...

Re: Translation app for my conlang work

Ah I usually arrange alphabet and words in different ways but I still want it to at least have some meaning and can be predicted from English... So a translation app would be helpful for me.
It's hard to explain as well, sorry but I really hope you catch what I mean [>_<]

Re: Guess The Language!!!

Turkish!! according to Google Translate.... [:D] Sorry, but are you joking? It's hard to tell online. If you're not: 1. Using Google Translate is against the rules of the game. 2. It looks nothing like Turkish. 3. opipik has confirmed that it's spoken on Vanuatu. Oh...sorry for that, I didn't read ...

Re: Does anybody else get bored of conworlds easily?

I just started with one conworld and still very interested in and attached to it. I don't know if I ever get bored of it, but I think it could happen as you said. It really depends on your creativity to keep your conworld remain interesting.

Re: What's the difference between a prayer and a spell?

A spell is made by a witch or wizard and has immediately impact on the object/human that is cursed. A prayer can be made by anyone to any God, it could never happen to be true, there is no impact at all. Is it correct? In fantasies, both prayers and spells can have an impact. In real life, neither ...

Re: Why do soldiers risk their lives in wars?

I learned there are couple reasons:
- Most of soldier fight for an ideal: country, religion, for their leader.
- Some are paid to fight.
- Immigrants in the USA joined the army because it's the only way for them and their family to have the green card.

Re: The relationship between human souls and decomposition

Every body in this world has a mission to finish from the day he/she was born. When a person suddenly dies, his soul still sticks to the body because it need to finish that mission, otherwise it cannot leave (to heaven or hell). This is what I believe.
