After Ragnarök, apparently Sleipnir was reincarnated as an eight-leggèd Rastafarian donkey.

Proving once again dat ev'ry little ting gonna be ayree.

Jesus, in His Seven-Horned Undying Lamb avatar, apparently lost a tchotchky in that final conflict

Svafnir kept falling to the floor when he'd try to go for a wander, so I threw together a small secondary tank for him to make his way into to make his travels a little more comfortable [:P]

Sign reads, alternatively & simultaneously:

1) I am, I cried! I am, said I!

2) Свобода!

3) What do we want : 'Peace'! When do we want it 'Now!'

4) Love ur enemies; there isn't much time!

What's PIE, Esperanto and Toki Pona trans. for 'God gave us teeth with which to speak, and God gave us Pepsi to lose them' ?

Never was I more depressed to catch a glimpse of what the actual Universal Language is/would be.

Maybe this is a dumb question... but we're 30 pages in and I still don't understand the point of this thread. Why the constant pictures with little to no commentary? Why is this not just subsumed into the conversation thread but just posted when there's actually discussion to be had...? I mean, I just don't quite understand.

I don't think it's a dumb question at all. I'd certainly like to even vaguely understand what's going on here. However, I don't know if that's really possible? I've tried discussing things with lsd before and asking for clarification regarding the meanings of things they've posted, but the responses I've gotten are just as confusing, if not more. I'm personally glad that this kind of… "content" isn't clogging up/spamming the main conversation thread.

The occasional lizard pictures are genuinely fun though.

I don't quite get the purpose of this thread, either.

Having studied this particular phenomenon for decades here at the CBB Institute, I think we can now categorically state most emphatically that Dr. Egerius has, in his characteristically wise & succinct fashion, firmly grasped the entire bull by the brass bollox of Bos and has definitively delineated the whole and full purpose, content, methodology and ultimate goal of this plenitudinously pictorial, dubiously discursitive & ironically iconical thread.

Just do what I do: ignore threads that don't interest you. Problem solved.

Xonen encapsulated the mod position on this thread a few months ago:
Xonen wrote:FWIW, I personally find this thread mostly quite bizarre and can't see it serving any comprehensible purpose. Then again, most normal people would probably have that reaction to this entire board. [¬.¬] As long as it's just one thread accumulating perhaps a few posts per day, I don't see it worth causing much conflict over. As always, my suggestion is to simply not visit threads you know you're not interested in.
As far as I understand, lsd treats it as a place to put images that inspire their conlanging and invited others to post images that affect them similarly.
