In Tlācatzinācantli ce moxīcohcātlācatl.
jɛ̃n‿ɖɭa:kʰətʃʲɨnʲæ:kʰənɖʐ kʰɜʔ mɔçi:kʰɔkka:ɖɭa:kʰɵɖʐ

A few random details:
The language doesn't allow open syllables so that's why it's not jɛ̃n and not ɛ̃n. An alternative pronunciation for the ɖɭ cluster is gʟ, although that might be conditional. In any case, retroflex consonants and velars group together in regard to allophony in this language. Also, the kʰ after the nʲæ: segment would be palatalized if the æ wasn't long. The same goes for the kʰ after çi:.

jɛ̃n=ɖɭa:-kʰətʃʲɨ-nʲæ:-kʰənɖʐ kʰɜʔ mɔçi:-kʰɔkka:-ɖɭa:-kʰɵɖʐ
1.PL=FEM.PL-1.PL.3S-shout-INF thing MASC.PL-hit-REFL-MID.INF
We women shout at things while men get hit.
I wrote an earlier version of this which got deleted. The only thing I don't remember was what kʰətʃʲɨ meant, but that's ok. Conjunctions are a little rarer in this language than in English, and juxtaposition can be used in place of some of them. Also there should be some rule that only allows two infinitives to be juxtaposed if the sentence fulfills x criteria, which this one apparently does.

An open syllable is a syllable that doesn't have a coda... The onset has nothing to do with it.
