sai [saɪ̯] v.i. "go along"

From that you may use either;

saicãgo [saɪ̯t͡sã↓ⁿgo] v.i. "constant, consistent" with cãgo [t͡sã↓ⁿgo] v.stat "same, equal"

or saicetrẽ [saɪ̯t͡se↓ʈʳẽ] v.i. "constant, consistent" with cetrẽ [t͡se↓ʈʳẽ] v.stat "even, flat".

There's a bit of a semantic difference between the two: for example a constant rattling would use the former, but a constant even tone the latter.

Next: neutral, non-partisan, apolitical, unbiased.

Kala:

muhya - /muːhʲa/ - neutral; apolitical

This could also mean "(to be) of no opinion" in an informal conversation

henka - /ɦɛːᵑka/ - bias; prejudice

So, to be "unbiased" would be henkanke, a bit of a hefty word, phonetically speaking. Similarly, uampanke would be "apolitical".

next: to dissect (an animal); to analyze; anatomy

cẽte‘ãbi [t͡sẽteʔã↓ⁿbi] v.trans "to dissect, analyse", from cẽte v.trans "to cut (up)" and ‘ãbi v.trans "to look at, focus on"

Next: curled, spiral

netsi - /neːt͡ʃɪ/ - helix; screw; spiral; tini - /tɪːnɪ/ - spiral; whirlpool

next: to flatter; to laud someone's accomplishments; adulation

Oido kitanoge [kisãɹoe ~ kiθãɹoe] 'speak highly of while minimizing the unsavory facts, talk about while leaving out the bad parts; talk up, embellish the account of positively'

Next: to resume following an unintended long pause

Proto-Muyan
