Faster than I thought. Here it is:

From Modern Sperenjas:

Ver, very close. I am tending to declare you the winner, but I kind of want to wait for the next guess, because it has a somewhat more idiosyncratic meaning.

Would that idiosyncratic meaning be considered obscene by some?

Does the English word you're looking for begin with the prefix "re-"?

No.

Actually, I will just give it away: to water (especially flowers, but also other plants) was the meaning I imagined. Similar to German gießen (wiktionary 3.).
Shimo probably got closest, but qwed made some very helpful contributions. So, IMHO, it's up to you two who provides the next word.

It came down to a choice between this word and another one, but I figured that this one might be a little less obvious. I'll probably use the other word I was considering the next time it's my turn.

Language: Modern Königsberg Northeast Germanic
Word: wjytsfilps
IPA: /ˈʋʲytsfilps/

Since more than a week has gone by without any guesses, I'll say that it is a compound word.
