Four ways to say it, depending on the subject and what you're focusing on. (Generally gender emphasis is only used when the gender is relevant in that sentence for a specific reason, so the last two are rare)

M'avnîti si. | M'avnîti sy. | M'avnîti sr | M'avnîti sa
/mɐv ni tɪ sɪ/ /mɐv ni tɪ saɪ/ /mɐv ni tɪ sɛɹ/ /mɐv ni tɪ sɐ/
see.1SG 2SG | see.1SG 2PL | see.1SG 2SG.MASC | see.1SG 2SG.FEM
I see you(singular) / I see you(plural) / I see you(male gender emphasis) / I see you (female gender emphasis)

I was wondering about that. I looked up "see" in a Cantonese dictionary and got 看, 見, and 睇, so I just went with 見. Wiktionary gives 見 and 睇見. I've studied Cantonese for about 30 minutes, but I figured I could maybe give this sentence a try.

I think as a standalone sentence this would be more natural as 我睇到你 or 我見到你, no?
