Come closer, lads. I've been thinking about the following... I heard Cap'n Barbosa's voice with that. [xD] In the far future, several million cultures were developing, they were living or going extinct, they exchanged information between four neighbouring, isolated galaxies in a cosmic void they we...

Más vale dormir bien que dormir mucho. C'est meilleur dormir bien que dormir trop. It's better to sleep well than sleep a lot. Gnoughish Tribes They have some slavery, mostly of the non-human or semi-human races, which they consider as lacking in personhood. There is some light slavery of humans, but they are in their position for being gravely dishonourable or to pay an honour debt, and they are usually cared for well, an...

Re: Gender in a conlang

Do verbs change shape according to the noun. For example, if I'm saying "I(divine gender) look at you(Evil gender)", would the verb change to fit one of the nouns/pronouns? Can do. In Spanish verbs agree with person and number, and this can be seen in English too. Soy - I am Eres - you (sing.) are ...

Dormouse's idea about changing from personal to "human" or "rational" sounds interesting, though I wanted "personal" category to apply to non-human things, not just human. But if I go with rational, I'd be inclined to add animals to ...

Yes, it is semantic. Roughly speaking, concrete applies to objects, abstract to concepts, dynamic to actions, activities and events, and personal to people (similar to use of he and she in English).
