Well, we're picking one dialect in particular in order to create a future English language, not the future version of English. I'd like to continue for a long period in terms of the language at least 1000 years(Quite a few changes)

Why not make the verb forms highly analytic and make use of compound tense? Akin to Modern English. However, I am inclined to agree with the solution above for now.
