¡A lot, actually!
-The people of the Ark-Empire are very welcoming and actually it is custom to help travellers and merchants during their trips across the Provinces. In fact, there is a Stone of the Traveler in every city, town, important place, etc with inscriptions telling stories about the place and a poem reminding the importance of protecting the travellers, keeping the Imperial Roads clean, nice and free of bandits.
-In the Free Democratic Islander Republic lodges and hotels are scarce, as travellers tend to set camp aside of the roads and call it a night.
-The Great Naielan Federation is the most technologically advanced macro-nation of the world and as such, they have everything: from old inns to small lodges to big modern hotels with all kinds of luxuries and commodities.
-The Onyàryd, being basically big dragonoids, lack any form of hotels or inns and instead take refuge in caves.
-The Arunae, the shadow nation, makes sure there is commodities for everyone of their kind in their communities, which are hidden houses interconnected one to another.
-The Lizard People live in small villages and usually there is at least one or two huts prepared for the few travellers and merchants they have.
I have more nations and people living in my conworld but I have yet to develop them.
EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to ask a question, so I am making one now:
What is the relationship between magic and religion in your world?
