Language practice thread

What can I say? It doesn't fit above, put it here. Also the location of board rules/info.

Entonces no quiero volar.
Then I don't want to fly. If I'm going to have the power of flight, I want to fly like Superman, without wings.
Spoiler:
* I am aware that you wouldn't ordinarily translate Superman... but I find it funnier this way. [:D] Also, if I'm able to fly, I'd want telekinesis to go with it, but I'm not sure how to translate that, and feel I've cheated with Google enough for one post.

Yeah, if I could choose my method of flying, I'd prefer unaided flight and psychic powers.

Essentially Raven's powers, but without the emotional turmoil and daddy issues.

I want powers similar to those of Nate Grey. (Of course, without his... disadvantages.)

Nā kakato rawa ngā roromopo* i te hoko au ai.
I bought the rollmops because they're srcumptious.

E rata ana au i te huatau mō te kupa, engari e hiahia rawa ana au i te mana mō te kipakipa me te arotahi me te hiringa i mutunga ai kore...
I quite like the idea of flying, but I would really like the power of endless concentration, motivation and inspiration...

*Made that up as I couldn't find the word for rollmops...

I don't like flying in planes but I'd like to fly with wings or like superman.

But I want endless concentration too.

Num rogastis?
NEG ask-PFT.2SG
Didn't you ask?
Spoiler:
Don't EVEN ask where the /vi/ went. If you have to ask, you'll never know, nor get out of Latin 1 free.

Verdad?
Well, it felt pretty romantic but I don't know if that was his intention. If he doesn't like me then it would just be hanging out but if he does like me then it would be a date. Am I right?

Espero que le gusto, sin embargo. Empezo a enamorarme de él yo mismo.
I hope he likes me though. I'm starting to fall for him myself ._.
