So, shall we have Mammophants in 2 years???
:wat:

I, for one, await the day of Mammophant filet mignon, Mammophant Marsala, Mammophant meat-pies, Mammophant Mukbang, Mammophant-merino sweaters, Mammophant Minnetonkan Moccasins, and youtube videos of a preakness of wild-released Ligers taking down an adult Mammophant.

Clearly, I'm loving the Mammophant for all the wrong reasons. [:P]

Well, you haven't lìved until you've been down to Auntie Gouantang's Entirely Original Telerani Down Home Cookery Popina and Tapas Bazaar (Shankhucksters St., Auntimoany). Her Ancient Grandmother's Ninety-Six Hour Smoked Mammophant BBQ with Happy Children Fresh Curdled Milk Dipping Sauce and a heaping side of Uncle Giiqimm's Six Year Wonder Salad of Healthful and Harmonious Goodness is quite the local favourite!!

Try it in a bun while on the run! Or on a flat right where you're at! In a loaf like country oaf or in a bob like City knob! Suck the marrow and damn the morrow: eat it with a spirtle, in a shell of turtle! By stick or spoon there is no rune: on wing or car or jambe, Gouantang Auntie's is the bomb!

I heard this one the other day and had to share it:

A linguistics professor says to his class: "In English, a double negative becomes a positive. There are some languages, like French, where a double negative is still a negative. But there are no languages were a double positive is a negative." A student replies: "Yeah. Right."

@ Elemtilas:

OMG YES!

I will be there!

Do they take PayChum now?

Oh, but, as I recall, I don't driving in the Warkisle Ave part of town: all the streets seem to go one way the same way, and they all go down when I want to go up.
Maybe I'll take a taxiwaggon instead.

Ooh, I also like my Mammophantecue with Cape Gooseberry & Crabapple chutney. Call me old-fashioned, but that's how I like it!

I hear Gristlefist is playing Lairdsday night at the Crimson Coquina, 5 blocks down, near the intersection w/ Cluniê Lane. You game, Elem?

Auntie Gouantang says :wat:

You bring CA$$$H!!

NO OLIPHANT FOR YOU!!!

GO AWAY TOMORROW!!!

THANK YOU: COME AGAIN NOW!!!

BRING CA$$$$$$H!!!

Yeah, well, the streets of the Imperial City do not always follow the logic of a non-native! But I can guarantee that the intrepid traveller to Auntimoany willing to take all things in stride, even if he wants to go up when the streets wish to take him down, will meet with a most pleasant and instructive adventure!

About the cuclos: you've got to make sure you don't get taken for a ride by the less than honest! "Oh, I know a shortcut, gov, get us right around this traffic block in a jiffy!" Don't you fall for it, Lambu! Protip: if you can, try and hire a Daine cuclos driver. Cousin Redfoots has got a couple lads as navigate the streets & pavements like no one else! Will hook you on! Honest as the twenty six hour day is long! And while our shortcuts may not take you through to mushrooms, they will get you there speedylike.
Ooh, I also like my Mammophantecue with Cape Gooseberry & Crabapple chutney. Call me old-fashioned, but that's how I like it!
sniff Yess, well, well all have our tastes.   Don't just ask for kijap. Make sure you ask for No. 17 Sauce. These days, you can't be too careful when it comes to buying from a quickfood kiosk.

Soitenly my good friend! Haven't been down alongside the retrovant garde theatre district in a minute! Brings forward pleasant memories of late nights in the pits at the old CC. I believe the tickets are still $8/2?

What do you call a string bikini meant to be worn by an octopus?

Well, that's an itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, stringy ceph'lopod bikini, mainly worn by Octopodidae.

But, anyway, what prompts this question? :wat: In my dialect, there is no such phrase.

If noöne gets it in 24 hours I’ll post the answer.
Two hints:
1) Think phonology, phonetics, phonics, phonemics, etc.
2) This is me, so it’s probably a pun.

Not quite. And it’s not quite “multiphthong” either.

But nice going, Kh, for solving the riddle!
