Spoiler:
The standard grammar rules say that a main clause needs a subject, so you would use Image duool "you", but in a conversation you could drop it. However, Image tmeuk comes after the verb (the whole sequence of them), not before. Additionally, Image peak doesn't really work here because it doesn't normally mean "go out" in the idiomatic sense you're using it in. Just Image keuong "go" will do. Finally, you might also consider adding Image choo on the end (discourse particle)

Spoiler:
I mean, it's really, really, really simple. You just double boil the milk until it starts to froth and make teeny curdlets (maybe 10-15 mins). By then, I usually add the vinegar or lemon juice (between 1-3 TSP, just enough to see the teeny white-dot or egg-whitey looking curds clabber up unto chunks), which really makes chunky curds come out of nowhere. You let that boil for some minutes, usually until they whey is pretty straw-colored/yellowish, and then I pour the curds and whey into a colander lined with a fresh clean linen or cotton big foulard-sized handkerchief (much finer mesh is better than actual cheesecloth, I've found ). The colander is perched on an empty quart pot, and I let the curds drain a good part of the whey, and cool off a little. Then I gather the corners of the handkerchief together, twisty-tie that, and then with kite-yarn (white cotton twine? Y'know whatta mean??) I tie about 6 inch section to the gathered corners of the cheesecloth bundle and then hang it on a cupboard doorknob over the sink, or tie it to a wooden spoon slung across my biggest crab-pot, and let it hang in there to drip away the rest of the water/whey. I've had cheese take 7 hours to set solid enough to slice and eat, or take almost two days. I don't really know why; most times it takes 7-8 hours, or basically overnight.

Sometimes, if milk has gone sour, I just make cheese with that. I still double-boil it to kill any germs/bacteriae that might've spawned.
It also helps congeal the curds, which take less time this way.

I have never used raw milk, I always used pasteurized milk.

I eat this cheese with crispbread (in the Tirgan tradition), with fresh blackburries, cherries or strumburries, sliced daikon, with salsa on totopes (the plain plain Mexican tortilla chips), chunked into curried lentils (mock saag paneer?), in sammiches with avocado on toast, or with sweet red pepper hummus on toast (yeah, that's a 'sammich', not a sandwich), or chipped into omelettes, and, of course, chunked into a salad. I've prolly missed a few other uses, and I have, for some reason, avoided making one of my all-time favorite comfort foods with requires queso fresco: :per: papa a la huancaina. And I just bought a jar of :per: alfonso olives... [:P] [:P] [:P]
