"At least" is formed from "a" combined with a masculine definite article (which gives â) followed by the reflex of Latin minus. I did once think that reflex was mènt, but these days it's mwi. You were largely right with incora, but I've recently changed the spelling system so that non-final stress is always marked, giving incóra.
