Is it spoken in Europe, sensu stricto (excluding turkey, the Caucasus countries, ceuta y mellila, Kazakhstan and anything west of Perm)?
Is it spoken by more than 10,000 people? (Your orthography decision... piques my suspicion)

It is Indo-European.

It is spoken in "european europe".

I don't know how many speakers it had when the text was composed, but it has more than 100k nowadays.

It is neither Finno-Ugric nor Germanic.

I just asked Adarain that, and they said no. At least to that first one.
