Sorry, still need to get used to it :P
:con: Eil: ey dorënget un 'ann / doreun agfeurch dluwyn 'an
(i moved dluwyn so -i hope- its meaning is clearer in the gloss)
I tree[ASSOCIATIVE].LOC(T) movement PAST-IMPERFECT / tree[PARTIAL] head.DAT movement-down PAST-PERFECT
LOC(T) - locative (movement through)
DAT - dative
Associative and Partial are cases belonging to a particular declension in Eil. I'll soon post more informations on that :)

:eng: I was walking through the forest when a branch fell on my head.

:con: Feayran:

Náa kufelirivuváte gukukáktozhehùuskra kóati.
náa k<u-fel<i>ri-v;u-v-á>te guk<u-k-á-kt;o-zhe<ùu>sk>ra k<óa>ti
NAA walk<LEAD-forest<VIA.FOLLOW>-1;LEAD.S-STAT-INTR> fall<LEAD-PERF-INTR-CLS;INAN.S-head<LAT.LEAD>> branch<DIR.INAN.S>

Narrative sequences like this are handled with the descriptive/eventive aspect distinction in Feayran. Descriptive aspects are used to establish setting or background (this example in particular uses the "stative" aspect, since the attribute of "walking" is not inherent to to the subject, but rather just something they happened to be doing at the time), while eventive aspects (this example uses the "perfective" to show a single, marked event with cohesive boundaries) are used for more salient changes and progressions.

If the falling of the branch is the high point or climax of whatever narrative the speaker was relating, the stronger punctual aspect could also be used:

Náa kufelirivuváte gukuráktozhehùuskra kóati.
任何事物的发展都是物极必反,否极泰来。

When you make a gloss, you should segment the conlang example in the same way the gloss is segmented.

Obudo pomuk mu ikoto onu supo lidoduk utonu oto ipisomu obudu.

I was walking in the forest and a branch presently fell on my head.

<I walk-past,sing in forest and branch fall-past,sing present-modifier on head I-modifier>
"Cry me a river, build me a bridge, and get over it."

I marvel that the hardest parts of my life (fear, mistakes, guilt, sin, doubt, failure) are of man, while what I crave most (rest, hope, love, peace, forgiveness) are of God.

P1 (adapting roninbodhisattva's naming strategy...)

Esiluavavami, ui siellu ateskukunueg.
E-silu-av-ava-mi, ui siellu-0 a-tes-kukun-ueg-0.
POS-forest-fall-REAL.PST.CONT-1sg, and branch-NOM.SG POS.IRR-head-go.onto-SUBJ.PRS.PRF-3sg
I was walking in the forest when a branch fell on my head.

P1 uses the subjunctive to bring attention to actions that result directly or indirectly from the main verb. In this case, the branch's falling was indirectly caused by going into the forest.
