I don't have a germlang, so I quickly patched something together using wiktionary, if that's okay

yep, ybbæŋ and rom, but ybbæŋ is made of two morphemes

I give up. I don't think it is figureoutable due to it not being made with any regard to actual historical germanic sound changes.
