I'm not taking part in this round, but, from what I can tell, Adzera, doesn't have /e, o/ or use <e, o>, but with Wikipedia being my only source I could easily be wrong [:)]

I don't have any more guesses, but it is definitely not Melpa because Melpa uses l-double bar and u-stroke.
